Carmen Van Ameringen is a mixed media artist adept in watercolor, oil painting, sculpture, and charcoal drawings.
As a native Atlantan, Carmen has primarily worked and studied in Georgia. Carmen’s passion for painting and art
are greatly inspired by travel and her Spiritual life. Carmen paints and sculpts to explore different forms of creation
and challenge individuals.

While being the personal assistant to Ruth Barrett, gallery owner, I was responsible for the
production of art panels, select underpaintings, maintained sales accounts, assisted with onsite
installations and curating art charity events, handled client communications, organization and
